2.Contact the building department In case of needing to use the venue for various activities.

3.Take care of documents or send letters to employees in different departments Inspect and order office equipment for employees

4.Take care of the office management by taking care of cleaning of the housekeeper.

5.Take care of the courier staff who come in contact with the company.

6.Maintain the websites  

      - to quickly update the information of affiliates.

      - to allow third parties to be able to quickly know the movement of information of affiliated companies

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the websites of all 5 affiliated companies.

    • Inspect and order office equipment for employees

  • Contact to coordinate, maintain the location or contact the building department.

  • Prepare company information and documents

  • Make meeting minutes

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Knowledge of general business coordination

  • Perfect written English
  • Have a good level of basic computer knowledge
  • Able to control time, cost and quality

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks
